Gratitude
Try this: every morning when you first wake up having your coffee or tea write down 10 things that you are grateful for and watch how your life changes.
Practicing gratitude is strongly and consistently associated with greater happiness. Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their #health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships.
Keeping a gratitude journal will remind you of what you are grateful for today, past and present. Living in the NOW and being thankful for each #blessing that comes your way. It can be the smallest blessings to the biggest what’s important is that you recognize them and be thankful. Share your gratitudes with others. It will lift your spirits and hopefully theirs too.
Waking up every day ‘breathing’ is a good place to start. 😎
